NEST is an employee resource group at Thrive market for neurodivergent employees and supportive thrivers. A visual identity inspired by connecting neurons and a color palette made with trust, safety, and community in mind. I had the opportunity to develop the visual identity, logo design, and supporting graphic elements for the group.
